ADDM272 - ADD user guidance: verify known facts (action guide)

To verify a customer’s NINO when using the Access to DWP Data (ADD) system, consider steps 1 to 4 below

1.	You can access the Known Facts screen from the
	ADD Home screen Or Person Trace screen From the ADD Home screen Enter the customer’s NINO Click on the [Verify] button Then Go to step 2 From the Person Trace screen Follow the guidance in Person Trace ( ADDM254) Click on the [Verify] button on the Person Trace Result table Then Go to step 2
2.	If after checking the Known Facts
	The facts are correct, go to step 3 The facts are incorrect, go to step 4
3.	If the Known Facts displayed are correct for the customer you are checking
	Click on the [Accept] button. You will be taken to the Account Summary screen Follow the guidance in Account Summary ( ADDM206)
4.	If the Known Facts displayed are incorrect for the customer you are checking
	Click on the [Reject & Close] button. You will be taken back to The ADD Home screen, where another NINO can be entered. Follow the guidance in ADD Home ( ADDM203) Or The Person Trace screen, where you can select another trace result or search again. Follow the guidance in Person Trace ( ADDM254)
