ADDM266 - ADD user guidance: relationship details (action guide)


To view the customer’s Relationship Details, consider steps 1 to 4 below

1.To view a customer’s Relationship Details, you must first be in the Account Summary screen.
If you are not in this screen
  • Follow the guidance in Account Summary ( ADDM206)

Then

  • Go to step 2
2.To view the
  • Relationship Details
    • Scroll down the Account Summary screen until you can view the Relationship Details section
    • Click on the NINO hyperlink to view the Account Summary for the related person
  • Relationship History
    • Click on the Relationship Historic Details hyperlink on the right hand side of the screen

Then

  • Go to step 3
3.You will be able to view the Related Person’s details by clicking on their NINO
  • The Relationship Historic Details screen will display all the individuals with a personal or business relationship to the customer
  • Hover the mouse over the Maintenance Data text to view the details of the office that last updated the record
  • From this screen you can go to the following screens by clicking on the appropriate hyperlink
    • Account Summary
    • Name History
    • Contact Details
    • Address History
    • Interests History
    • Award History
  • Go to step 4
4.To go back to the
  • Account Summary screen, click on the Account Summary hyperlink at the top of the screen
  • ADD Home screen, click on the [Close] button
Note: If you accessed the Account Summary screen from the Person Trace screen, click on the [Close] button to go back to the Person Trace screen and then click on the [Close] button on the Person Trace screen to go back to the ADD Home screen
