ADDM248 - ADD user guidance: name details (information)

Use this guidance when you want to view the current and historic details of a customer’s name.

The Name History Summary list and the Requested Name list will be listed in reverse chronological order on separate pages if necessary

• The Name History Summary list will consist of up to 5 records on each page
• The Requested Name list will consist of 2 records on each page

Both Type 1 and Type 2 name details are shown

• Type 1 - A name used by a customer which does not require any legal evidence to support it
• Type 2 - A name used concurrently with Name 1

Any corrected records will be displayed ‘low lighted’.
