ADDM245 - ADD user guidance: corporate organisation (action guide)

To view the appropriate record from the Access to DWP Data (ADD) system, consider steps 1 to 3 below

1.	If the Corporate Organisation Reference number is
	Known Click on the Corporate Organisation hyperlink from the ADD Home screen Then Go to step 2 Not known Click on the Person Trace hyperlink from the ADD Home screen Click on the Corporate Organisation Trace hyperlink Then Go to step 3
2.	On the Corporate Organisation screen
	Enter the Corporate Organisation number Note: This number must be preceded by CO Click on the [Corporate Organisation] button If ADD can access the record, view the details displayed If ADD cannot access the record, the following message will display 'No record returned' Re-enter the Corporate Organisation number Or Attempt a Corporate Organisation Trace, go to step 3
3.	On the Corporate Organisation Trace screen
	Enter the known data in the appropriate fields Click on the [Trace] button View the Results section which shows details of organisations matching the data entered Click on the Organisation Details hyperlink to display details of a specific organisation View the details displayed
