ADDM227 - ADD user guidance: award details (information)
Use this guidance when you want to view the current and
historic details of a customer’s specific benefit award.
This screen displays the entitlement amounts, the individual
award components and their start and end dates.
The Award Details displayed on the Account Summary screen
includes all
- Open awards
And
- Awards where the end date is 13 months or less before the current date
The Full Award History can also be displayed. This includes all
- Open awards
And
- Awards where the end date is 31 months or less before the current date
Note: You cannot view the Award Details in the Basic Trace User role
