ADDM212 - ADD user guidance: address details (information)

Use this guidance when you want to view the current and historical details of a customer’s address.

The Address Details section displays the current address and if different, a separate Correspondence Address.

The Address Historic Details screen lists previous addresses in reverse chronological order and in pages. Each page will consist of up to 5 records. You will be able to browse the pages by clicking on the page number or the Next and Previous hyperlinks.

Any corrected records will be displayed ‘low lighted’. The first record on each page will be displayed in the Address Details section.
