- View the Account Summary screen

- Enter the NINO on the ADD Home screen
- Click on the [Account Summary] button
Then
Or
- Select the appropriate NINO from the
Person Trace Results table after conducting a person trace in the
Person Trace screen and then go to step 2
- Confirm the key personal details, that is
date of birth, NINO and the postcode of the customer’s most
recently recorded address

- Enter the NINO on the ADD Home screen
- Click on the [Verify] button
- If the NINO details are correct, click on the
Accept hyperlink. You will be taken to the Account Summary screen.
Go to step 2
- If the NINO details are incorrect, click on the
Reject & Close hyperlink and then continue tracing

| Note: The information you can view in the Account
Summary screen is dependant on the user role you have been
allocated |
| 2. | Scroll down the Account
Summary screen to view all current information held on the
customer |

- You can click on the appropriate
hyperlinks displayed at the right hand side of each section to view
additional and historic information
- The Person Summary is at the top of the
Account Summary screen followed by

- Name Details. Follow the guidance in Name

section will take you back to the ADD Home screen

click on the [Clear] button to delete your entry in the NINO entry

Summary screen |

- Click on the [Close] button. You will be
taken back to the ADD Home screen
