ADDM203 - ADD user guidance: ADD home
ADD Home (information)
Use this guidance to obtain the appropriate information using
the Access to DWP Data (ADD) system. The actions you can take on
this screen are dependant on the user role you have been allocated.
Within this screen you can move to either the
- Person Home screen
Or
- Corporate Organisation Home screen, if you have the Enhanced Trace User role
From these screens you can
- Trace the customer’s account
- Verify the customer’s account
- View the customer’s Account Summary, dependent on your user role
- View the Corporate Organisation details, dependent on your user role
ADD Home (action guide)
To view the appropriate Person or Corporate Organisation record using the Access to DWP Data (ADD) system, consider steps 1 to 3 below
