RE1632 - Registered securities: how to complete form R83

When completing a form R83

for a claimant who receives the income through trustees and the registered stock is stated to be in his own name, find out from the claimant the names in which the stock stands
show the names of the stockholder's bank account where the interest is credited direct to his bank account
enter the Bank of England or Bank of Ireland `Account number' as shown on the warrant counterfoil immediately below the stockholder's name, or as supplied by the claimant. This consists of three part numbers, for example 483-32-06776
for a society or fund within the following categories insert the appropriate code letters in the space provided
