Recent updates to the Inheritance Tax Manual


Below are details of the amendments that were published on 23 October 2007 (see the update index for all updates)

AllThe manual has been amended to take account of
  • the office changing it’s name from Capital Taxes to IHT
  • the reorganisation of the office and changes to it’s structure
  • changes of the names of various sections of the office
  • some minor errors.

Section 1 of the manual has been substantially amended to reflect current structure and to make it easier to keep up to date.
