This review is carried out by the caseworker 18 months after the enquiry opened. It involves completing form PR3 which is similar to form PR2 ( IHTM32062) but places a greater emphasis on re-assessing whether all the enquiries are still relevant and worthwhile. You are also asked to consider and state on the form what positive steps you intend to take to bring the enquiry to a close
