Closed COMPASS records are periodically weeded and archived.
When you try to find the case record using the ALF (
IHTM03291) reference, a message
“This Case Has Been Archived” will appear. You will not
be able to access any records or case details.
If you need to view or amend the COMPASS record for an
archived case, e-mail “The FIT, Helpdesk” with the case
name and reference, and ask them to unarchive the record.
They will arrange for this to be done overnight. You will
then be able to access the unarchived case as normal.
