Exceptionally, and as a last resort, it may be necessary to seek
the assistance of the Enquiry Team at the Enforcement Office
Worthing. This team has access to Benefits Agency, DVLA and
Passport Office records and can sometimes trace taxpayers from
their last known address when all other sources of enquiry have
failed.
A request for assistance should be made in writing with a
brief explanation of the reason(s) for locating the taxpayer.
