Following the transfer of the Contributions Agency to HMRC we
can now make limited use of the National Insurance Recording System
for the purposes of our business. Indirectly this allows us to
access the Departmental Central Index run by the DSS. This database
gives us another avenue from which we can trace non-compliant
taxpayers.
