Info Disk is exclusively available to Debt Management &
Banking and is a much larger and more comprehensive database that
combines BT Phone Disk with details of everyone on the current
electoral register.
To access it, click on the Info Disk icon and on the initial
search page enter the information you currently hold on the
taxpayer.
Info Disk allows searches by a number of different criteria
such as surname or postcode or street name.
To commence a search click on the start button at the top
right hand side of the search page.
Records found are presented in the middle of the search page.
For printing information you wish to pursue you will need to
drag the relevant data to a word pad.
