If there is more than one debt due from the same taxpayer, this should be recorded as one Debt Management & Banking case making reference to the entry it concerns. A separate case plan on the same chargeable event should be created if there is more than one entry with an outstanding debt due from the same taxpayer acting in a different capacity or if there are different taxpayers.
