the Case Plan?
The Debt Management Case Plan is a living document, an on-line
form that should accurately record the basic information necessary
to complete the case and the strategy adopted to achieve a cost
effective and efficient settlement of a debt or protection of an
IHT charge.

It is presented in a way to focus the DMB caseworker’s
actions on the correct procedures.
