DMB was created to establish a well-trained and highly motivated
team specifically focused on the collection and recovery of IHT not
in dispute (
IHTM38022).
To avoid conflict with its operational objectives DMB is
managed as a separate business within IHT.
A more focused approach to the collection and recovery of IHT
allows the team to acquire new skills and develop a technical
expertise in a crucial part of IHT' core business activity -
taxpayer compliance to pay the right amount of IHT on time.
The creation of a dedicated debt management and recovery
group allows IHT to set clearly defined objectives and measurable
quality standards that allows the team to accurately determine the
success of its business activity.
