IHTM36123 - Investigating incorrect accounts, information or documents: criteria for considering penalties

Before deciding whether to start an investigation to see if a penalty may be payable as a result of an incorrect account, information or document ( IHTM36101), consider first whether certain criteria ( IHTM09083) are exceeded.
