IHTM32126 - Delay in providing information: contacting other colleagues who are working the case

If you have any outstanding matters being worked in TG, Heritage , SAV or VOA (IHTM23000) you should contact the person who is working the file in these offices to see if they are having similar difficulty in getting information. If they are, you should discuss with them how you could help to progress matters, for example through the issue of an information notice (IHTM32191) that also includes their information requirements.
