IHTM32094 - Progressing cases in Primary Compliance & Support (PC&S): the six month review

At the six month review stage caseworkers should ensure that the case is being progressed correctly. For example, you should check that the District Valuer/Shares and Assets Valuation have responded on time and we have made good use of the telephone to chase for outstanding information. At this stage you should complete box 2 on the PC&S1. You do not need to complete the checklist at this point, although you may find it helpful as a good reference guide. Caseworkers also need to consider whether the case is still relevant to PC&S. If you do not think it is you should ask your manager to consider whether the case should be referred to Compliance Group.
