Clicking on the Print button will initiate printing of the
assessments.
The templates through Temp1.exe will automatically print one
each of part 1 and part 2 of the assessment. You must either print
further copies of part 1 for your file and the accounting record (
IHTM31306), or photocopy it.
The non-death assessments will prompt you to indicate how
many copies of the rate calculation and parts 1 and 2 of the
assessment you require.
