When you create a new Entry (
IHTM31242), at the Entry – Add
window, select the type of charge, either TYA (Ten Year
Anniversary) or proportionate, using the drop-down menu. The title
of the Entry is the account number (0 to 25) in consecutive order.
If the Entry is for a proportionate charge, also include the
date of the charge in the box below the charge type.
Where the charge is a TYA, COMPASS will automatically enter
the date of the next TYA, calculated from the date of the
settlement.
