When deciding how to deal with an interim report, you should
bear in mind the importance of consulting Litigation at an early
stage, about the merits of appropriate cases (and whether or not
they should be pursued). This can be done either informally or
formally. Assuming that a point of principle is not involved, the
relevant criteria for consideration are set out elsewhere (
IHTM23081) in this manual. Any
potential referrals from PC&S should be referred via TSS.
