In general there are three types of searches carried out by RRLT ( IHTM09261) for enquiries. These are
If at any time you want general background information about any
topic you can send the team an e-mail saying precisely what you
want and why. The team will try to obtain it for you.
You must only request research from RRLT when you need it
for official business purposes. Any request made for other purposes
will be dealt with under conduct and discipline
procedures.
RRLT will keep copies of requests for information. For
security purposes a sample of these requests will be checked to
ensure that the official business need requirement has been
met.
