Under Planning and Forecasting Work (PFW) you will need to
record the type of work that you have completed on your PFW task
template. You will not normally record the work as “Case
Closure” unless it is the only reason you were given the
file. You will record the work under the category of work you were
given even where this leads to case closure.
Until personal workbooks can be dispensed with you will also
need to record in these the file reference, date received and date
completed and the type of case.
