Files stored in the day racks (rack W) will have a coloured tag attached to them to indicate the type of work needed.

| Orange/Black (Black in Edinburgh) | New non-death file | 1 |
The colour tag should be upgraded to a higher priority if work of the higher priority is attached to that file. The colour tag cannot be changed to one of a lower priority.
