This section provides details of the work done by the TSB
Registry to support the TSB caseworking teams.
In Edinburgh and Belfast there is only one registry group,
serving both the TSA and TSB areas. The Belfast registry is part of
the FACET team. These instructions apply equally to those
registries in so far as they are supporting the TSB caseworking
teams.
Planning and Forecasting Work (PFW) divides the work between
direct and indirect tasks. These instructions reflect the tasks
undertaken for PFW purposes.
