Cardiff

The proposal is to reduce HMRC’s Cardiff estate from four office buildings to one, retaining existing Enquiry Centre services within their current locality.

The proposal is to withdraw from the following buildings:

• Portcullis House, 21 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF11 9SS
• Crown Building, 11 Chepstow Road, Newport, Gwent
• Taff Vale House, Taff Street, Pontypridd CF37 4AJ

Swansea

The proposal is to reduce HMRC’s Swansea estate from three office buildings to one, retaining existing Enquiry Centre services within their current locality.
The proposal is to retain the following building:

• Ty Nant, 180 High Street, Swansea, West Glamorgan SA1 5AP

The proposal is to withdraw from the following buildings:

• Crown Buildings, Town Hall Square, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire SA15 1YE
• Custom House, Pier Head, Kings Dock, Swansea, West Glamorgan SA
