Northern Ireland proposal – Belfast urban centre

The proposal is to reduce HMRC’s Belfast estate from nine office buildings to six, retaining the existing Enquiry Centres.

Buildings proposed for retention are:

• Beaufort House, Wellington Place, Belfast BT1 6BH
• Carne House, 20 Corry Place, Belfast BT3 9HY
• Crown Buildings, 12-14 Castle Street, Antrim BT41 4JE
• Custom House, Custom House Square, Belfast BT1 3ET
• Dorchester House, 52-58 Great Victoria Street, Belfast BT2 7QE
• Millennium House, 17-25 Great Victoria Street, Belfast BT2 7BN

Buildings proposed for vacation are:

• Moira House, 121 Hillsborough Road, Lisburn BT28 1LB
• Olivetree House, 23 Fountain Street, Belfast BT1 5ES
• Windsor House, 9-15 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7UX
