The guidance originally published in December 2007, set out the principles under which the LBS would deliver tax compliance risk management through the framework announced at Budget 2007 as part of HM Revenue & Customs commitment to delivering the 2006 Review of Links with Large Business.
Since then, in consultation with our staff and customers, we have been refining our thinking and have now published revised guidance.
