Who We Are
The Joint Fashion Industry Team is the second stage of the Modernising
Government sponsored project in the Fashion Industry. Launched by the
Paymaster General, Dawn Primarolo, it aims to improve service to business,
reduce fraud and improve regulatory understanding and compliance through
a multi-agency approach.
We are based in London and Leicester:

JOFIT provides advice, guidance and support to new and existing businesses in the Fashion Industry.
Educational Visits
- Joint agency visits are undertaken at new businesses. Businesses are offered the benefit of our joint introductory education visit, giving useful background information to highlight the potential risks.

The aim of the Helpline is to provide Fashion Industry businesses in the London and Leicester areas with help and advice to enable them to meet their legal obligations and in doing so to succeed and flourish in their chosen professions.
Employers who require more general advice or are not in the London or Leicester area should contact the HM Revenue & Customs Advice Teams.
