What we do
The ISA team brings together all the policy, technical and operational work on the ISA schemes.
The team provides policy advice and support to Ministers and technical advice to ISA managers, savers and their advisers and HMRC offices. We also approve ISA managers, when asked, advise whether their application forms and their terms and conditions meet the statutory requirements.
However, we cannot advise ISA managers on particular ISA products, nor can we advise savers on whether they should open an ISA.
