New Star International property fund

Dealing in the shares of this fund has been temporarily suspended. We are told that some investors hold the shares within their ISA. While the shares are within the first 28 days of suspension they remain qualifying investments for the ISA. New Star has applied to the FSA for an extension of the 28 day limit (specified in COLL 7.2) and the application will be considered in the next couple of weeks. If the FSA grant an extension, the shares will continue to be treated as qualifying ISA investments throughout the period granted.

Please see the New Star Website which contains more information.
