Annual returns of statistical information for ISA managers
Individual Savings Account (ISA) managers are required to make an annual
return of statistical information to the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
The requirement to make quarterly returns of statistical information has
now ceased.
Personal Equity Plans (PEPs) became ISAs on 6 April 2008. However, PEP managers
are required to make a final annual return of statistical information (for
the tax year ended 5 April 2008) to HMRC.
ISA annual returns of statistical information must be submitted on form ISA14(stats). The final PEP annual return of statistical information must be submitted on form PEP14(stats).
