Are the new Limited Liability Partnerships affected by IR35?
Yes. IR35 must be considered by all entities where services are supplied through an intermediary, which includes partnerships.
Prior to consideration of IR35, Limited Liability Partnerships must consider whether they meet the Chapter 9 ITEPA 2003 definition of a Managed Service Company.
