The legislation will put contractors out of business/force them into making losses.
The IR35 legislation will increase the amount of tax and NICs that some
workers using Personal Service Companies will have to pay, to an amount
comparable with the tax and NICs paid by workers employed directly.
The legislation will allow workers to decide whether to work through a PSC
or to become a direct employee of the client for business reasons, rather
than because of tax and NICs advantages.
