If someone had a company with say 100 employees and the director paid himself a salary plus dividends -will the director be affected by the IR35 rules?

If the director worked through his company to provide his services to a client on terms which would have made him an employee of the client if engaged directly, then he will be affected by the legislation in the same way as anyone else working in this way.
