What is happening about the Judicial Review of 'IR35' being brought by the Professional Contractors Group and others?
The Professional Contractors Group have been given permission by the Administrative Court to proceed to a full hearing of their case. The Government is confident that at the full hearing, the Court will decide that the legislation is fair, proportionate, and compatible with all the UK's obligations under EU law. The full hearing will take place on 13-15 March 2001.
