1970 c.18 (N.I.).	25. In paragraph 7 of Part II of Schedule 6 to the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 for the words "Part III of the Finance Act 1975" there shall be substituted the words "the Capital Transfer Tax Act 1984".
