Payment for Pension Schemes at the Post Office
If you intend to pay at a participating Post Office and do not have a payslip please telephone Audit and Pension Scheme Services on 0115 974 1600 or email pensionschemes.
We will arrange for a payslip to be sent to you pre-printed with your payment reference and our bank account details.
You should ensure that Audit and Pension Scheme Services receive your return in sufficient time to issue you with your reference number and payslip before your payment is due.
You can make payment at a participating Post Office by cheque, cash or debit card without charge. We treat any payment made at the Post Office as electronic.
If paying this way please:
- take your payslip with you (otherwise you’ll be charged for using this service)
- make cheques payable to ‘Post Office Ltd’
To allow for possible delays in bank processing (for which we are not responsible) we advise you not to leave payment until the last day. We advise you to allow at least three bank working days for it to reach us (bank working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).
