Paymaster
This is a payment method offered to employers who have an account with the Office of Paymaster General. Government Departments and Health Authorities generally hold these accounts.
Payments you make to us are transferred direct to our bank by the Office of the Paymaster General.
The Paymaster system enables you to make an immediate payment. We will receive sameday value so long as you initiate payment within the time specified by Office of Paymaster General (usually between 9.00am and 3.00pm).
All employers who pay electronically, have until the 22nd of the month to pay. This means that your cleared payment must reach our bank account no later than the 22nd of the month.
Where the 22nd falls on a weekend or bank holiday, you must ensure that
your payment reaches our bank account no later than the last bank working
day before the 22nd. See here for more information on
