What should I do if I don’t have a payslip?
Please tell us:
- your name
- address
- telephone number
- your reference (or the name of the your local HM Revenue & Customs office if you do not know reference)
- the type of tax your are paying
- the period (e.g. month, year or accounting period) for which you are paying
- the amount of tax you are paying
