Help – Paying PAYE/NICs by Debit Card over the Internet
The minimum payment you can make is £0.01 and the maximum is £99,999.99.
To make payment you need your:
- debit card details
- 13-character Accounts Office reference number as shown on your Payslip Booklet cover, for example 123PS00045678.
You can view an example of a payslip booklet and see where the reference is printed.
Please note:
- When paying PAYE/NICs please enter the whole amount of the payment. When the payment reaches your employer record it will be split automatically between PAYE and NICs.
- If you no longer receive a Payslip Booklet you will find your Accounts Office reference in the top left hand corner of the letter we send you in place of the Booklet.
- BillPay displays the current payment year and month.
If your payment is for a different period use the drop down
menus to change the year and/or month.
