TCM1000029 - How to contact Debt Management

Step 1

Use the contact details on Household notes to contact the Debt Management (DMB) caseworker.

If there are no contact details, go to Step 2.

Step 2

Access the HMRC intranet homepage

• select ‘Business Area’ from the main links
• select ‘Customer Services’
• select ’Debt Management’ from the options available. You will be taken to the Debt Management intranet homepage
• in the DM directory, on the DM intranet homepage, select ‘Contacts’
• insert ‘tax credits spoc’ within the ‘Search’ facility and the contact details will display
