TCM0074080 - Claims: storage and retrieval: scanned image retrieval (Info)

You may be asked to provide a scanned image of a claim form or Annual Declaration.

In order to do this, you will have been emailed a RDC image request form stating whether a scanned image is required of

  • a claim form or
  • an Annual Declaration.

If a copy of the claim form or Annual Declaration is required, you must

  • access the Tower system
  • print off the required correspondence
  • send it through Taxpost to the person who requested the scanned image.
