The office is situated on the main road in to St Austell, approximately two minutes walk from the town centre, which is currently undergoing a major refurbishment. Transport links are good with a large bus and train station nearby. There is on-site car parking, with spaces given on priority, but there is other car parking available nearby.
There are kitchens and vending machines along with a sandwich service.
There is an active charities committee who organize a number of fund raising events throughout the year and an electronic magazine written by staff.
