The office is situated on a large 10,000 acre business park around five miles from Newcastle city centre. There are excellent transport links via bus and metro systems from all major routes. There is limited on-site parking but the local multi-story car park only charges £1 per day. The site offers kitchens, vending machines, food kiosks along with a canteen selling hot and cold food. There is a gym, crèche facilities, an on-site shop selling newspapers and confectionery, and an ATM.
