Situated in an old Customs building on Queen's Dock, the CC has recently been refurbished and is now a modern, air conditioned office.
The nearest train links are 15-20 minutes walk away but there is a frequent bus service between the site and the city centre.
There is limited car parking available on site but there are car parks within five minutes walk from the office. These are fee paying car parks, but reduced rates are offered to staff.
There are vending machines and tea points on site, as well as a canteen and a small shop, and also gym and crèche facilities.
