Graduate development programme

Our graduate development programme exists to identify and develop people with the potential to become a tax professional within our business.

These senior roles exist now, and the opportunities are there for when you complete the Programme, usually after four years. Even while you are gaining experience and confidence on the Programme you will enjoy pay rises and promotions. From start to finish you will receive mentorship, advice and supervision, plus study leave for professional qualifications.

Key features:

  • A structured Programme (usually lasting four years).
  • Intellectually stimulating work, with early responsibility.
  • Opportunities to gain widely recognised qualifications.
  • Attractive salaries and benefits.
  • An enlightened approach to balancing work and your personal life.
  • Possibility of rapid advancement.
  • Study for professional qualifications.

Once you have been accepted on the Programme, you will be allocated to the Tax Professional Development Programme. This will prepare you to deal with complex tax cases, negotiate confidently with senior figures, and to lead and influence teams. It leads to an internal qualification and will open up many different and interesting career options. We expect to have a minimum of 50 openings on this year's Programme.

Locations

  • If successful, you will be based within one of our larger offices in the UK, We will try to give you your preferred location, but we can not guarantee this, so it is important that you’re flexible.

As well as joining us through our graduate development programme we also offer paid summer placements for undergraduates, including our award-winning Internship scheme.
